Our Goal:
Through charitable activities, assist the Mi’kmaq/Aboriginal Peoples of Nova Scotia to flourish, prosper and live decent lives as enjoyed by the majority of non-Aboriginal Nova Scotian society, having regard to their social, cultural and economic differences.
Serving:
The Mi’kmaq/Aboriginal Peoples in Nova Scotia facing poverty, hardship and distress.
How We Help:
Relief of poverty amongst the poor Mi’kmaq/Aboriginal people qualified through a basic necessities and relieving poverty program.
The provision of amenities through a next step shelter for victims of family violence.
How You Can Help:
To share in this important work, we graciously accept monetary donations of any amounts. All donations are tax deductible and reciepts are available upon request. For donations of $100 or more, you may request membership within the Society. Upon recieving membership, you will recieve a colorful certificate suitable for framing to show that you cared and shared with the Mi’kmaq people.
